Steven Monroe Ratcliffe of Pearisburg passed away at Montgomery LewisGale Hospital February 11, 2019. Steven was born March 24, 1950 in Giles County and was a son of the late Harvey Green Ratcliffe and Christine Gusler Ratcliffe. He is survived by his special cousin and caregiver, Bentley Ratcliffe , his aunt Betty and Jim Oakley, uncle John and Linda Ratcliffe.
