In Loving Memory of Robert Harrison Woods, Jr. WOODS, Jr., ROBERT HARRISON, 80 of Pearisburg passed Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at Lewis-Gale Hospital in Salem , VA.   Mr. Woods was born on November 5, 1924 in Pearisburg , VA and was a son of the late Robert Harrison Woods, Sr. and Margaret Hawthorne Woods.  Mr. Woods was a combat veteran of the U.S. Army in WWII and was a recent resident of the Veterans Care Center in Salem , VA.   He retired in 1986 from the Radford Arsenal Plant in Radford , VA after 32 years of service.  Mr. Woods was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Gray Wheeler Woods, a second wife, Frances Woods and a beloved step-daughter, Sarah W. Kirby who passed away in 2001.  He is survived by a son, Robert H. (Rob) Woods, III and his wife, Brenda Pack Woods, of Bridgewater , VA , a sister, Rowena W. Smith and Brother-in-law Everett Smith, Jr. of Richmond.  Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, August 25, 2005 at 11:00am at the Givens Funeral Chapel in Pearisburg with the Rev. C.
