Diane Lynn Price

Diane Lynn Eaton Price, 67 of Pearisburg, VA., went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 15, 2023, at her home in Wilburn Valley.  Diane was born on April 7, 1956, in Pearisburg to the late James (Dick) Eaton and Hazel Earnest Eaton. 

She was a member of Eatons Chapel United Methodist Church in Bane, VA.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Barry Price of Pearisburg, her favorite daughter, Erin Price South (Daron) of Pearisburg, her grandkids, Harlei Pollard, Lane South (Brooklyn), Lynzey South, her great grandson, Weston Pollard, Sisters, Linda Sue Casteele (Carl), Brenda Eaton (Bill), Janet Gregory (Clinton) and numerous, nieces, nephews & Cousins.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 2pm at the Givens Funeral Chapel in Pearisburg with Charles Henderson officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home 1 hour before the service from 1 – 2pm.  The family will be gathering at the home of Erin, at 1253 Wilburn Valley Rd., Pearisburg, VA.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at givensfuneralhome.com.
