. Mrs. Anderson was born on
August 19, 1922 in
Burnsville

NC
and was a daughter of the late W. W. and Hattie Silvers Gardner .
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband,
Francis Patrick (Pat) Anderson, four brothers and two sisters.
Mrs. Anderson a devoted mother and wife and was a member of the
First
United
Methodist
Church
in Pearisburg. She is survived
by two daughters, Claudia and husband Ray Marshall of Richmond, Linda
Jackson of Roanoke, four grandchildren, Pam M. and Jim Murphy, David and
Gail Marshall, Tiffany Jackson and Amber Jackson, three great
granddaughters, Heather Murphy, Caitlyn Marshall and Bracey Marshall and
numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral
services will be conducted at the
First
United
Methodist
Church
in Pearisburg Saturday, November 10, 2007 at 11:00am with the Rev. Ronnie
Mutter officiating with entombment following at the Birchlawn Abbey in
Pearisburg. The family will
receive friends at the
First
United
Methodist
Church
from 10 – 11 before the service. Memorial
