WILLIAMS, LORRAINE FLETCHER of Pearisburg, VA
passed away Monday, May 29, 2006 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in
Roanoke, VA. Mrs. Williams was
born on April 3, 1922 in Pearisburg and was a daughter of the late James
Arthur Fletcher and Martha Ratcliffe Fletcher.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63
years, Waldo E. Williams. Mrs.
Williams retired as Deputy Clerk of
Giles
County
Juvenile and
Domestic Court
. She was a member of the
Pearisburg
Christ
Fellowship
Church
. She is survived by two sons, Gary W. Williams and wife Audrey of Smith
Mountain Lake, Dale E. Williams and wife Sharon of Blue Ridge, five
grandchildren, Gary Lee Williams, Lorraine Dillon and husband Malcolm,
Heather Henderson and husband Patrick, Shannon Williams and SGT Joshua
Williams, and two great grandchildren, Kelci and Abigail Dillon. Funeral
services will be held at the
Pearisburg
Christ
Fellowship
Church
at Thursday, June 1, 2006, at 1:00 pm with Pastor Greg Cox and Dr. J. Carl
Rouintree officiating with burial following in the
Birchlawn
Burial
Park
in Pearisburg. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6
– 8 pm at the
Pearisburg
Christ
Fellowship
Church
