Center

Radford

VA.
Mr. Tickle was born on
September 14, 1934 in
Giles
County
and was a son of the late Walter and Lathie Fisher Tickle.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 7 brothers and 1
sister. Mr. Tickle was a
retired truck driver for Helig-Meyers in Pearisburg.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Tickle of Pearisburg, 1
daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca T and Jimmy Young of Pearisburg, 2 sons
and daughters-in-law, Wendell and Chris Tickle of Pearisburg, Guy A. and
Kim of Pearisburg, 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and 2 special
buddies Danielle and Autumn. Funeral
services will be conducted Friday, April 8, 2006 at 11:00 am at the Givens
Funeral Chapel with Dr. Fred L. Austin and Rev. Bill Sleasman officiating
with burial following in the
Birchlawn
Burial
Park
in Pearisburg. The family will
receive friends Thursday evening from 6 – 8 pm at the Givens Funeral
Home in Pearisburg.
