and the AARP. She is survived
by her husband, James Edward Thompson, Sr. of Pearisburg, one son, James
Edward Thompson, Jr. of Bowie, MD, one daughter, Carolyn Reynolds of
Bowie

MD
, one brother, Oscar Dailey of Jewell Ridge, VA, one half brother, Harold
Dean Pruitt of
Roanoke
, one sister, Billy Jean Pruitt Christian of
Jewel Ridge
,
VA
and one grandson, Ricky Reynolds, III.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 2, 2006
at 2:00 pm at
Birchlawn
Burial

in Pearisburg with the Rev. Shahn Wilburn officiating.
