Mr. Dalton was born on August 19, 1931 in Giles County, VA. He is survived by his wife Reva Ann Arthur Dalton of Pearisburg. Graveside funeral services were held Saturday, January 8, 2005 at 11:00am at the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg.
